What The Roundtable is

The Roundtable is an AI-assisted venture decision platform. It helps users review business ideas, challenge assumptions, identify risks, and decide what to do next before committing serious time, money, or energy. Depending on the current version, The Roundtable may include structured intake, idea review, discussion and push back, opportunity scoring, MVP planning, validation guidance, branding direction, business model review, go-to-market guidance, sales and marketing planning, competition review, launch kit, summary, final verdict, seven-day action plan, saved workspace, and exportable reports.

What The Roundtable is not

The Roundtable does not guarantee that a business idea will succeed, attract customers, raise investment, generate revenue, become profitable, become legally compliant, or avoid risk. The Roundtable is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, regulatory, immigration, medical, or professional consulting advice. You are responsible for checking important information and making your own decisions.

AI-generated outputs

The Roundtable uses AI-assisted systems and structured business logic. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, based on assumptions, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Use the output as decision support, not as a guaranteed answer.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your login details, and activity under your account. Use the platform lawfully and do not attempt to bypass security, payment, legal acceptance, tester-code, or credit systems.

Your ideas

Your business idea remains yours. The Roundtable needs to store and process your idea to generate your venture review. We do not routinely read, monitor, publish, sell, or use your submitted ideas for our own business purposes. Human access is restricted to support, security, legal, abuse-prevention, debugging, or cases where you explicitly ask us to review something. Submitting an idea does not transfer ownership of that idea to The Roundtable.

What you can do with outputs

You may use your generated reports and outputs for your own planning and business decision-making. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce The Roundtable platform, workflows, prompts, logic, interface, branding, or system design to create a competing product.

Payments and credits

The Roundtable may offer paid access to a venture review. The intended model is USD $29 one-time payment for one venture review credit. One credit unlocks one venture review for one business idea. This is not a subscription unless clearly stated at checkout. Payments may be handled by Paddle or another payment provider.

Testing access

The Roundtable may provide testing access codes during beta or promotional periods. These codes may be free, limited, expired, disabled, or revoked. Testing access does not guarantee future free access.

Acceptable use

Do not use The Roundtable for fraud, scams, illegal activity, deception, intellectual property violations, security attacks, scraping, reverse engineering, payment bypass, or misuse of testing codes.

Availability

The Roundtable may change, pause, fail, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, The Roundtable is not responsible for failed business ideas, lost profits, lost revenue, lost investment, lost opportunities, reliance on generated outputs, inaccurate outputs, third-party service failures, or platform downtime. For a paid review, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for that specific review, normally USD $29.
